Proyecto T is a space for the creation and exhibition of contemporary art that seeks to support and give visibility to emerging talent that is still not represented elsewhere. This space is an ally and descendant of Proyecto H CDMX, which was founded in 2017 by Sofía Sáenz de Santa María, current director of the gallery.
The objective is to establish a collaboration with the artists, who are offered the space as a residence-studio in which to develop a concrete creative proposal.
They have a room on the top floor of the gallery, located in the Roma Norte neighborhood, with an outdoor terrace. The program lasts approximately four weeks, during which the work of the artist in question will be disseminated through our social networks and gallery clients. In the end, an exhibition of the pieces created will be held, and consequently sold. The artists who are part of this program have extensive training and experience, in order to guarantee high quality and prestige in these collaborations.

The pieces of Mandy Cano portray the personal narratives of people excluded from officially recorded histories. Her work pays homage to her collaborators, retells their stories, and invites viewers to recognize what is familiar and in turn, recognize themselves in the bothered. Cano juxtaposes in her sculptures an open dialog surrounding history, location, domesticity, dominance, the public and private, and effectively, the ever-changing identity of people. In this way, her aim is to incite social change, to empower women and communities who have been systematically devalued throughout History.
