A double exposure (Una doble exposición) is a site-specific installation that draws inspiration from the early days of photography. That is, in times of image exposure on paper that is affected by light. In this case, the base is not photosensitive paper, but colored cardboard that when exposed to the sun, with collages that opaque color information, leaves the imprint of the original color.
The collages exposed to the sun are an unfolding of an archive accumulated over 10 years and residual material from collages and transfers. It consists of exploring the duration of color in exposure to the sun as a metaphor to talk about memory.
